The brand they remember.
The space that earns it.
Most design firms start with how a space looks. We start with how it should make people feel.
Warm Welcome is an interior design studio for founder-led businesses. We work with boutique fitness studios, wellness clinics, retail concepts, cafés, restaurants, and hospitality brands who are building something worth remembering, and need a studio that understands both the brand and the build.
Every project begins with the same question: What do we want people to feel the moment they arrive?
Everything else - the layout, the materials, the lighting, the flow - follows from there.

My journey in design has been shaped by a fusion of storytelling, hands-on experience, and an innate love for creating environments that enhance everyday life. With a Bachelor of Media Production from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), I started my career in television design, shaping spaces for acclaimed HGTV series. This background sharpened my ability to translate ideas into immersive, functional designs - something that remains at the heart of my work today.Warm Welcome Design was born out of a desire to create interiors that feel effortlessly personal, balancing warmth with sophistication. My projects span residential and commercial spaces, with a growing focus on boutique fitness studios, offices & restaurants. I believe great design is a collaborative process, where thoughtful planning meets intuitive creativity to transform spaces in meaningful ways.
Beyond my client work, I'm currently renovating a 20-year-old townhouse in South Etobicoke, just minutes from my studio. Summers pull me to Muskoka, where I take on projects at my parents’ cottage - immersing myself in nature and the slower rhythms of cottage life.
As an ARIDO Intern, I'm committed to ongoing growth and innovation, pushing the boundaries of design while maintaining a deep appreciation for timeless aesthetics. If you're looking for a design team who blends vision with practicality, and who sees design as a way to enhance the way you live, let’s create something beautiful together.

My home, Trinidad and Tobago, is where my journey into Interior Design began. Surrounded by a vibrant blend of culture, art, and history, I developed a deep sense of creativity, curiosity, and passion that made pursuing Interior Design feel completely natural.
Earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from Humber College allowed me to step confidently into the design world—and I haven’t looked back. Since joining Warm Welcome, I’ve honed in on where I thrive: using Revit to bring ideas to life with precision, crafting comprehensive moodboards that layer inspiration with exceptional materials, and seeing it all come together on site—ensuring every detail is executed just as I envisioned. Now, as an ARIDO Intern, I’m continuing to grow, expanding my knowledge and embracing new possibilities as a designer.
A lover of colour, style, and wellness, I find joy in the little details that bring spaces—and life—to vibrant fruition. When I’m not fully immersed in design, you’ll find me chasing laughter, sunshine, and meaningful connections. I feel most fulfilled when I’m with the people I love, exploring the world around me.

After 40 years of supporting high-performing teams in various healthcare and tech companies, I’ve built a career around precision, organization, and getting things done right the first time. At Warm Welcome, I manage all administrative operations—bringing calm, clarity, and structure to the creative process. I’m most in my element when deep in a spreadsheet or fine-tuning the behind-the-scenes systems that help the team thrive.
My interest in design grew through decades of hands-on experience. Over the course of our marriage, my husband and I bought, renovated, and sold seven homes—each one a project that deepened my appreciation for thoughtful design and added long-term value. We continue to own and work on our family cottage, which remains a favourite ongoing project. At Warm Welcome, I bring that practical experience into a professional setting, paired with the organizational skills I’ve developed over a 40-year career.
These days, when I’m not keeping projects on track, you’ll find me with my three granddaughters—because while I love a well-built spreadsheet, nothing matters more to me than family.

I've spent the last decade building brands that people feel something for. My background spans boutique hospitality, fashion, wellness, and consumer products - from setting up the marketing, operations, and guest experience framework for a boutique hotel in the Bahamas, to launching 40+ products under the Sarah Baeumler brand, to leading brand strategy for founder-led businesses across retail and lifestyle categories.
The through line in all of it has been the same question: what does this brand need to make people stop, pay attention, and come back? At Warm Welcome, that question shapes everything, from the first client conversation to the final installation.
“They strike the perfect balance between aesthetic excellence and functional feasibility, which is exactly what makes a designer a true partner in the building process. Their design plans were clear, detailed, and practical, making it easy for our team to execute without delays or costly adjustments.”
